About the Role

Are you passionate about early childhood education, bilingual learning, and preserving Russian language and culture for future generations? We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher’s Aide to assist our dedicated teaching team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, is passionate about pursuing a career in early childhood education and is eager to contribute to a multicultural learning environment. The position offers on-the-job training, professional growth and development, and potential advancement opportunities to a willing and dedicated candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during activities, playtime, and transitions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist teachers during transitions to get children ready for meals, activities, nap, etc.
• Support the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
• Participate in school events and activities, promoting a sense of community.
• Utilize digital tools and educational software to enhance learning experiences and administrative efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization.
• Additional duties & responsibilities as requested

  • Fluent in Russian & English (spoken and written).

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred; candidates with a minimum of 2 units and an active continuing education plan will be considered.

  • 2+ years of experience working with young children in a preschool or similar childcare environment required.

  • A passion for Russian language, cultural preservation, and creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.

  • Patience, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications, digital platforms, and social media tools.
